摘要
当前市场环境下,民营房地产企业均注重成本控制,地上工程一般会对混凝土及钢筋用量提出要求,采用限额设计。而地下工程在整个工程成本中占比很大,对于桩型的选择尤为重要。结合工程实例,从设计方案、成本对比等方面对不同桩型进行分析,在确保工程安全的前提下,选择经济性最优的桩型,进行成本控制。本文对上海市带单层地下室的项目均具有指导意义。
In the current market environment,private real estate companies focus on cost control,and above-ground projects generally put forward requirements on the amount of concrete and steel bars,and use quota design.The underground engineering accounts for a large proportion of the entire project cost,which is particularly important for the selection of the pile type.Combined with engineering examples,different pile types are analyzed from the aspects of design scheme and cost comparison,and under the premise of ensuring project safety,the most economical pile type is selected to control the cost.This paper has guiding significance for projects with single-story basement in Shanghai.
