摘要
现行国家装配式建筑标准中对于木结构与混凝土混合结构的预制装配率计算方法未有明确规定。木材是一种“负碳”建材,在现浇混凝土结构中引入木结构,既可以有效提高建筑的预制装配率指标,又可以降低混凝土结构的碳排放量。以上海和江苏两地区地方标准中关于混合结构预制装配率的计算方法为依据,计算了某木与混凝土混合项目实际案例的预制装配率指标。计算表明,在现浇混凝土结构中,木结构的使用比例和权重系数,对提高建筑整体预制装配率指标的贡献程度,并对木结构部件部品权重系数的调整提出了相应的参考意见。
The current national prefabricated building standards do not clearly stipulate the calculation method of the prefabricated assembly rate of the wood-concrete mixed structure.Wood is a“negative carbon”building material.The introduction of wood structures into cast-in-place concrete structures can not only effectively improve the prefabrication rate of buildings,but also reduce the carbon emissions of concrete structures.Based on the calculation method of the prefabricated assembly rate of mixed structures in Shanghai’s and Jiangsu’s local standard,the prefabricated assembly rate index of an actual case of a wood-concrete mixed project was calculated.It shows the contribution of the proportion and weight coefficient of the wood structure to the improvement of the overall prefabricated assembly rate of the cast-in-place concrete structures,and the reference opinions are put forward for modifying the weight coefficient of the wood structure components.
