提出了影响预制混凝土外挂墙板防水性能的四大主要因素。分析了国外标准中密封材料耐久性的要求,建议根据气候区要求选用适宜的密封材料;分析了接缝应适应的相邻外挂墙板间相对位移,提出了接缝的计算原则;分析了预制混凝土外挂墙板项目容易发生的防排水构造问题,提出应以气候条件为基础选用防排水构造,提出了适宜的两道密封防线构造和排水构造做法;指出了接缝防水施工的常见问题及解决方案。

four main factors in waterproofness of precast concrete facade panels are put forward.The durability of sealing materials in foreign standards are analyzed,then sealing material of the panel is suggested to choose according to the climate.The relative displacement between adjacent external facade panels to which joints should be adapted is analyzed and the calculation principle of joints is put forward.The problems of the waterproof structure and drainage structure in the project of precast concrete external facade panel is analyzed,then it is proposed that the waterproof structure and drainage structure should be selected based on the climatic,and suitable sealing structure and drainage structure are put forward.At last,the common problems and solutions of joint waterproofness are pointed out.
