外挂墙板限位支承合理螺栓预紧力研究

摘要 装配式混凝土外挂墙板限位支承螺栓预紧力大小会影响墙板平面外稳定性,并由于摩擦约束作用在墙板中产生平面内温度应力,影响主体结构刚度。根据外挂板在平面外荷载作用下不产生平面外倾覆以及螺栓不屈服的要求,提出了螺栓最小/最大预紧力的计算方法。研究了预紧力作用下,墙板内温度应力分析方法以及主体结构刚度随预紧力的变化规律。结果表明,在合理预紧力作用下,墙板温度应力可以忽略不计,墙板对主体结构水平刚度有一定影响。 The size of the pre-tension of the of limit support bolt of assembled concrete external panel will affect the out-of-plane stability of the panel,and the in-plane temperature stress will be generated in the panel due to the effect of contraction of friction,which will affect the stiffness of the main structure.According to the requirements of no out-of-plane overturning and no yield of the bolt under the action of out-of-plane loads,the calculation method of the minimum/maximum pre-tension of the of bolt is proposed.Under the action of pre-tension,the analysis method of temperature stress in the panel and the variation law of the stiffness of the main structure with the pre-tension are studied.The results show that under the action of reasonable pre-tension,the temperature stress of the panel can be ignored,and the panel has a certain influence on the horizontal stiffness of the main structure.
