摘要
预应力混凝土双T板适用于大跨度公共建筑和停车场建筑,但我国预应力混凝土双T板图集中双T板的承载力较小,不能适应公交停车场的荷载要求。结合国内首座装配式公交停车场的双T板楼盖体系,对双T板计算分析、截面设计、构造等方面进行了研究,并对图集中双T板截面尺寸、钢筋网片设置、支座连接等进行了改进,有效的改善了双T板常见的开裂问题以及温度作用对连接支座和双T板的不利影响。此外,通过双T板受弯性能足尺试验,验证了双T板在承载力极限状态和正常使用极限状态的设计是安全可靠的,并且具有较好延性。
Precast prestressed concrete double-T slabs are suitable for large-span public buildings and parking structures,but the bearing capacity of double-T slabs in our country’s atlas of the prestressed concrete double-T slabs is small and cannot conform the load requirements of bus parking structures.Combined with the double-T slab floor system of the first prefabricated bus parking structure in China,the calculation and analysis,section design and structure of double-T-slab are studied,and the section size,the reinforcement mesh setting,the support connection,etc.in the double-T slab atlas have been improved,which effectively improved the common cracking problems of the double-T slab and the adverse effect of temperature on the connection between the support and the double-T slab.In addition,through the flexural behavior of full-scale precast prestressed concrete Double-T slab,it is verified that the design of the Double-T slab in the ultimate state of bearing capacity and the limit state of normal service is safe and reliable,and has good ductility.
