摘要
哈尔滨市游泳馆因建筑功能改造,需进行局部结构构件的承载力加固;同时,因抗震构造措施不满足抗震鉴定要求,按传统方法需整体进行抗震加固,加固量巨大,建设单位不能接受。因而,参照《建筑抗震设计规范》相关要求,采用抗震性能化设计方法,对主要框架柱及框架梁设定预期性能目标为性能3,通过比多遇地震提高一度计算构件承载力,仅加固局部构件使其符合承载力和变形要求,满足采取中等延性构造的条件,达到抗震措施按常规设计降低一度采用的目的。通过少量加固,实现了既保证结构安全和建筑使用功能,又节约造价、节省工期的既定目标,为既有建筑的抗震加固提供了一条新思路。
Due to building functional renovation,the Harbin Swimming Pool needs to reinforce the bearing capacity of local structural components.Also,its seismic structural measures do not meet the seismic identification requirements.Traditional method,which needs the whole building to be seismically reinforced,cannot be accepted by the client due to huge amount of reinforcement.Therefore,according to the relevant requirements in the“Code for Seismic Design of Buildings”,the seismic performance-based design method was adopted,the expected performance target was set as performance 3 for the main frame pillar and frame beams.By calculating the bearing capacity for one degree more than frequent earthquakes,only local components are reinforced to meet the bearing capacity and deformation requirements,satisfy the conditions of adopting medium ductility structure,and achieve the purpose of reducing the use of seismic measures one degree lower than conventional design.With a small amount of reinforcement,the established goal is achieved for not only ensuring structural safety and building functions,but also saving cost and construction period,which provides a new approach for seismic reinforcement of existing buildings.
