某多层框架结构改造为砖混结构教学楼的鉴定与加固设计 被引量:2

摘要 介绍了某框架结构改造为砖混结构的检测鉴定与改造工程。改造前的房屋建于1980年,采用钢筋混凝土框架结构,拟将该建筑改为职业技术学院的教学楼使用。采用盈建科结构计算软件对该框架进行结构计算,经检测鉴定后发现共有多处框架柱承载力不满足现行规范相关要求,且大多处梁柱构造已经不符合框架结构构造要求,房屋承重结构不能满足安全使用要求,综合评定被鉴房屋危险性为D级。依据后续使用情况将框架结构改为砖混结构,对该房屋结构进行相关的改造和加固设计。综合考虑经济性、可靠性、施工可行性、工程周期,介绍了将框架结构改为砖混结构教学楼改造加固设计的思路和实施方案。结果表明:加固后的教学楼满足承载力要求和抗震性能指标,可行性较高,可以为类似工程提供参考依据。 The inspection,appraisal and reconstruction project of transforming a frame structure into a brick concrete structure are introduced.The building was built in 1980.The reinforced concrete frame structure was adopted in this building.It is planned to change the building into a teaching building of Vocational and technical college.The structural calculation software of Yingjianke was used to calculate the frame structure.After the inspection and appraisal of this building were carried out.It was found that the bearing capacity of several frame columns did not meet the relevant requirements of the current specifications.And most of the beam-column structures did not meet the structural requirements of the frame structure.The bearing structure of the house could not meet the requirements of safty.The risk of the appraised house was comprehensively evaluated as grade D.According to the subsequent use,the frame structure is changed into masonry-concrete structure.And renovation and reinforcement design of the building structure were performed.Considering the economy,reliability,construction feasibility and project cycle of this building,the idea and implementation scheme of the reconstruction and reinforcement design of the teaching building with the frame structure changed into brick concrete structure were introduced.The results show that the strengthened teaching building meets the requirements of bearing capacity and seismic performance index,and is feasible,which can provide reference for similar engineering.
