某综合楼加层改造检测分析及加固建议

为了增加某综合楼建筑使用面积,对底层进行加层及现浇板开洞增加楼梯,为了明确加层改造及楼板开洞是否对房屋结构安全性造成影响,检测单位对加层结构及综合楼主体进行检测鉴定。通过现场检测及计算分析,得出加层结构不能满足正常使用要求,应采取加固处理措施,并给出了加固处理建议。
