摘要 对永川里项目塔楼加固改造重点难点进行分析。难点主要有以下两方面:(1)由于2018新的建筑结构可靠性设计统一标准在分项系数上的提高,对2018年之前的项目需进行改造加固时,需先满足新规范的设计标准;(2)原9层加建三层。通过分析对比增大截面加固法,外包型钢加固法,粘贴钢板加固法与粘贴纤维复合材料加固法的优劣,确定增大截面加固法,外包型钢加固法为本项目柱加固主要方法。轴压比与承载力提高比例作为选取加固方式的主要条件,结合工程实际,利用规范公式计算对项目进行改造加固并给出加固措施,以达到设计安全,适用,经济的目的。 The key points and difficulties in strengthening and reforming tower of Yongchuanli project are analyzed.The difficulties of this project mainly include the following two aspects:(1)Due to the improvement of the sub-coefficient in the new unified standard for reliability design of building structures in 2018,the renovation and reinforcement of projects before 2018 shall first meet the design standards of the new code.(2)Add three floors to the original building.By analyzing and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of increasing section reinforcement method,outer section steel reinforcement method,sticking steel plate reinforcement method and sticking fiber composite material reinforcement method,it is determined that increasing section reinforcement method and outer section steel reinforcement method are the main methods of column reinforcement in this project.The axial compression ratio and bearing capacity increase ratio are the main conditions for the selection of reinforcement methods.Combined with the actual engineering,the project is reformed and strengthened by using standard formula calculation and the reinforcement measures are given to achieve the purpose of safe,applicable and economic design.
