摘要
在碳减排的背景下,建筑业大力发展推进装配式建筑和超低能耗建筑。将装配式技术应用到超低能耗建筑中,可实现建筑建造过程和建筑运行过程低碳化,符合国家对于碳中和的要求。以上海地区某高层装配式超低能耗住宅为研究对象,研究了超低能耗建筑中的装配式外围护系统。具体内容包括外围护系统的选型、预制夹心保温墙板连接设计、建筑气密性设计等方面,总结了超低能耗建筑中所应用的装配式关键技术。并以实际工程为例,给出装配式外围护技术在超低能耗建筑中的设计参考。
In the context of carbon emission reduction,the construction industry is vigorously developing prefabricated buildings and ultra-low energy consumption buildings.The application of prefabricated technology to ultra-low energy consumption buildings can achieve low carbonization in the building construction process and building operation process,in line with the current national requirements for carbon neutrality.This paper takes a high-rise prefabricated ultra-low energy consumption residence in Shanghai as the research object,The prefabricated exterior enclosure system in ultra-low energy consumption buildings is studied.The specific content includes the selection of external enclosure system,the connection design of prefabricated sandwich insulation wallboard,building air tightness design and so on.This paper summarizes the key technologies of prefabricate in ultra-low energy consumption buildings.And take the actual project as an example,The design reference of prefabricated outer envelope technology in ultra-low energy consumption buildings is given.
