摘要
简述了钢结构住宅的发展背景以及现行政策下的应用现状。以宁波某现实在建项目为例,介绍了其项目基本概况,并从结构体系、楼面系统的选择、多遇地震下的计算、主要构件的验算、关键节点的设计、防腐设计以及防火设计这几方面进行分析考虑。其中结合项目所处自然条件,对多遇地震下计算时所需考虑的周期比、位移比、剪重比、侧向刚度比等参数作重点介绍,并以此在整体结构的安全性、经济性上做出判断。此项目为钢管混凝土束剪力墙结构体系在其他项目中的应用提供一定借鉴意义。
This article briefly describes the development background of steel structure residence and its application status under the current policy.Taking a real project under construction in Ningbo as an example,this article introduces the basic situation of the project,and analyzes it from the aspects of structural system,floor system selection,calculation under frequent earthquakes,checking calculation of main components,design of key nodes,anti-corrosion design and fire prevention design.Combined with the natural conditions of the project,the parameters such as period ratio,displacement ratio,shear-weight ratio,lateral stiffness ratio,etc.,which need to be considered when calculating under frequent earthquakes,are emphatically introduced,and the safety and economy of the structure can be judged by this.This project provides some reference for the application of concrete-filled steel tubular beam shear wall structure system in other projects.
