摘要
针对ALC墙板板缝易出现开裂的现象,以ALC砌块作为试验对象,基于自行研制的横向分离试验装置,研究不同板缝粘结材料、拼缝处理和饰面处理方式下的ALC砌块在横向荷载作用下板缝缓慢张开时的抗裂能力,采用正交试验和极差分析的方法,分别从抗裂性、经济性、性价比、施工难度和市场接受度等几个角度评判了不同板缝粘结、装饰面层处理方式的ALC板在拉力荷载作用下的抗裂表现,为后续施工提供了参考。
Aiming at the phenomenon that ALC slab joints are easy to crack,taking ALC block as the test object and based on the self-developed transverse separation test device,this paper studies the crack resistance of ALC block under different slab joint bonding materials,joint treatment methods and facing treatment methods when the slab joints slowly open under transverse load,and adopts the methods of orthogonal test and range analysis,respectively from the aspects of crack resistance,economy The crack resistance performance of ALC plates with different decorative surface treatment methods under Splitting load is evaluated from the perspectives of cost performance,construction difficulty and market acceptance,which provides a reference for subsequent construction.
