免拆底模钢筋桁架楼承板设计方法研究 被引量:5

摘要 免拆底模钢筋桁架楼承板是在压型钢板底模楼承板、可拆底模楼承板基础上发展起来的,由免拆底模与钢筋桁架连接形成的新型楼承板。免拆底模钢筋桁架楼承板具有工业化程度高、底模表面平整、应用范围广等优势,且可按要求计入装配率。目前,该新型楼承板已有一些工程应用经验,但其设计方法尚缺乏规范依据和全面深入的研究。在传统楼承板设计方法的基础上,对免拆底模钢筋桁架楼承板施工阶段的荷载组合、钢筋桁架承载力验算、挠度验算、免拆底模及连接件计算和使用阶段的承载力验算、挠度验算、裂缝宽度验算、钢筋拉应力验算等设计计算内容进行了分析研究,给出了相关计算方法和建议,并总结了设计流程,可供免拆底模钢筋桁架楼承板的设计和研发参考。 Steel-bars truss decks with permanent bottom form is a new-type decks developed on the basis of decks with profiled steel sheets and decks with removable bottom form.Decks with permanent bottom form have the advantages of high industrialization,flat bottom form surface and wide application range,and can be included in prefabrication ration according to the relative requirements.At present,there is some engineering application experience about the new-type decks,but there is no related reference standard and thorough research for the design method of the new-type decks.Based on the design method of traditional decks,construction stage design calculation including load combination,load-carrying capacity checking of steel-bars truss,deflection checking,calculation of permanent bottom form and connector,and service stage design calculation including load-bearing capacity checking,deflection checking,crack width checking and rebar’s tension stress,are analyzed and studied in this paper.Related calculation method and suggestion are proposed,and design process are summarized.This paper can provide a reference for the design,research and development of steel-bars truss decks with permanent bottom form.
