摘要 随着《建筑隔震设计标准》(GB/T51408-2021)的发布,隔震建筑的应用将越来越广泛。以某高层剪力墙结构改隔震结构为研究对象,依据隔震设计抗震性能目标,选择两种隔震布置方案,分别是剪力墙下布置小尺寸双支座和大尺寸单支座,采用ETABS软件建立两种方案隔震和非隔震有限元模型,保证两种隔震方案均满足预期抗震性能目标和规范限值的前提下,以隔震支座的应力、竖向变形和经济成本为评价指标,给出合理的隔震设计方案。结果表明:在罕遇地震作用下,剪力墙两端布置小尺寸双支座隔震层支座应力分布及竖向变形更均匀;小尺寸双支座和大尺寸单支座经济成本相近。 With the release of the standard for seismic isolation design of buildings(GB/T51408-2021),the application of seismic isolation buildings will be more and more widely.Taking a high-rise shear wall structure which is changed into an isolation structure as the research object,according to the seismic performance goal of isolation design,two isolation layout schemes were selected,namely,small-size double support and large-size single support are arranged under the shear wall.The isolation and non-isolation finite element models of the two schemes were established by ETABS software.On the premise of ensuring that the two isolation schemes meet the expected seismic performance objectives and code limits,taking the stress,vertical deformation and economic cost of the isolation bearing as the evaluation index,a reasonable isolation design scheme was given.The results show that under the action of rare earthquake,the stress distribution and vertical deformation of the isolation layer with small-size double bearings at both ends of the shear wall are more uniform;the economic cost of small-size double bearing and large-size single bearing is similar.
