某典型二次设备预制舱地震反应时程分析 被引量:2

摘要 预制舱式组合二次设备是标准配送式变电站的重要组成部分。为了探究某典型组合二次设备预制舱的抗震性能,采用时程分析法对该预制舱结构开展了地震反应分析,并结合规范评定了其抗震能力。首先,在介绍该二次组合设备预制舱设计图的基础上,建立了其有限元模型并开展了模态分析。然后,选取了三条输入地震动,采用隐式数值积分方法开展了预制舱在9度大震下的时程分析,研究了其最大应力和变形。结果表明:该典型预制厂在9度大震下最大应力为170MPa,最低安全系数约为1.38。最大层间位移角约为0.003,小于规范限定的1/250,具有一定的安全储备。 Secondary combination device in prefabricated cabin is an important part of standard delivery smart substation.In order to study the seismic behavior of a typical prefabricated cabin for secondary combination device,the seismic response of the prefabricated cabin structure was analyzed by using time-history analysis method and its seismic capability was evaluated according to the code.Firstly,the finite element model was built and modal analysis was conducted based on the design sketch of the prefabricated cabin.Then,the time-history analysis of the prefabricated cabin under 9 degree rare earthquake was carried out by implicit numerical integration method,and the maximum stress and deformation were studied.The results show that the maximum stress of the typical prefabricated cabin under 9 degree rare earthquake is 170MPa,and the lowest safety factor is about 1.38.Besides,the maximum inter story drift is about 0.003,less than 1/250 of the specification limit,which indicates that it has a certain safety reserve.
