摘要
在部分低烈度区高层住宅设计中,为了解决住宅的采光通风问题,经常会遇到细腰型的建筑平面。细腰型建筑固然建筑使用功能较好,但对结构的抗震性能非常不利。细腰部位相当于建筑平面的薄弱连接部位,弱连接处楼板当遭遇自然灾害时,如若不能将水平荷载有效地传递给其他抗侧力构件上,一旦发生破坏,对整个建筑物会造成非常大的危害。以某一南方超高层住宅为实例,讨论弱连接处在平面概念加强的基础上,通过反应谱法与弹性时程分析计算结果的比较,详细分析弱连接处各结构构件内力,进而提出有效配筋加强措施。
In the design of high-rise residential buildings in some low-intensity areas,in order to solve the problem of lighting and ventilation in the residential buildings,designers often adopt slender waist building planes.Although the slender waist building has better building functions,it is very unfavorable to the seismic performance of the structure.The slender waist is equivalent to the weak connection part of the building plane.When the floor at the weak connection encounters natural disasters,if it cannot transfer the horizontal load effectively to other lateral force-resistant components,once the damage occurs,it will cause great damage to the entire building.In this paper,an example of a southern super high-rise residential building in Southern China is taken through the comparison of the calculation results of the response spectrum method and the elastic time history analysis on the basis of the conceptual reinforcement plane at the weak connection part.The internal force of each structural member at the weak connection point is analyzed in detail,and then the effective strengthen measures of reinforcement are proposed.
