摘要
本工程根据超限高层建筑工程抗震设防专项审查技术要点及上海市超限高层建筑抗震设防管理实施细则的规定,进行几项不规则项的专项验算。利用YJK和PKPM程序建模,对自振周期、地震及风作用下层间最大位移角、有效质量系数等指标进行对比,选取8个振型进行整体结构的分析,验证构件截面取值及结构体系选择恰当。根据抗规要求,不规则超限高层需进行弹性动力时程分析,找出结构薄弱层和侧向刚度突变层,找出受力安全可靠的分析法。通过中震大震下的关键构件分析保证结构安全可行。
In this project,according to the technical points of the special examination for seismic fortification of over-limit high-rise buildings and the provisions of the Shanghai Municipal Implementation Rules for SeismicFortification Management of Over-limit High-rise Buildings,special check calculations for several irregular items are carried out.Using YJK and PKPM programs to model,compare the natural vibration period,the maximum displacement angle between stories under earthquake and wind,and the effective mass factor,and select 8 vibration modes to analyze the overall structure,and verify the value of the section and the structure of the component.The system is properly selected.According to the anti-regulation requirements,elastic dynamic time-history analysis is required for irregular over-limit high-rise buildings to find structural weak layers and lateral stiffness mutation layers,and to find a safe and reliable analysis method for stress.It is feasible to ensure the safety of the structure through the analysis of key components under moderate and large earthquakes.
