郑州某高层办公综合体结构设计与分析

摘要 郑州某高层办公综合体项目,地上结构包括2栋高层塔楼、2个多层裙房、1个单层大门,并设置满铺地下室。首先对项目的防震缝设置方案进行了系统分析。随后,对项目的地基基础选型进行了多方案对比分析。同时,对2栋高层塔楼扭转效应偏大的结构不规则属性及其设计加强措施进行了具体研究。最后,针对B栋塔楼首层顶板楼板不连续和穿层柱不规则属性,提出了系统的设计加强措施。研究结果表明,通过选用合理的防震缝设计方案、合理的地基基础选型方案、系统的结构不规则设计加强措施,可以有效地改善整体结构的工作性能,结构设计整体合理、安全且经济。 The ground structure of a high-rise office complex project in Zhengzhou includes two high-rise towers,two multi-story podiums,a single-story gate,and a fully paved basement.Firstly,this paper makes a systematic analysis on the setting scheme of seismic joint of the project.Then,the foundation selection of the project is compared and analyzed.At the same time,the structural irregularity and design strengthening measures of two high-rise towers with large torsional effect are studied in detail.Finally,aiming at the discontinuity of the first floor slab and the irregularity of the through floor column of Tower B,the systematic design strengthening measures are put forward.The results show that the working performance of the whole structure can be effectively improved by selecting reasonable design scheme of seismic joint,reasonable selection scheme of foundation and strengthening measures of systematic irregular design,and the overall structural design is reasonable,safe and economical.
