摘要
安徽某商业广场为大型商业综合体,地下二层地上五层。结构体系为框架-剪力墙结构,从上部结构设计计算,其各项计算指标均符合规范要求;由于结构具有楼板不连续、立面缩进、大悬挑、局部柱转换等项不规则。通过抗震性能化分析以及楼板结构分析等方面进行阐述,保证了结构具有良好的抗震性能和使用性能。
A commercial plaza in Anhui is a large commercial complex with two floors underground and five floors above ground.The structural system is a frame shear wall structure.The design and calculation of the superstructure in the article,its calculation indexes meet the requirements of the code;Because the structure has floor discontinuity,elevation indentation,large cantilever,local column conversion and other irregularities.Through the seismic performance-based analysis and floor structure analysis,the structure has good seismic performance and service performance.
