摘要
长沙某办公楼高度超限,其选用了框架-剪力墙结构体系。本工程运用以抗震性能目标为基准的方法进行设计,通过两种软件(YJK和MIDAS BUIDING)进行小震弹性分析,同时进行了中、大震弹塑性分析。根据预定性能目标,对关键位置及薄弱位置进行了设计和构造措施的加强,以确保本工程具备较好的抗震性能。
An office building in Changsha is an over-limit high-rise structure,which selects a frame wall structure system.The height of an office building in Changsha exceeds the limit,and the frame wall structure system is selected.The design of the project is based on the seismic performance target.The elastic analysis of small earthquakes is carried out through two kinds of software(YJK and Midas building),and the elastic-plastic analysis of medium and large earthquakes is carried out at the same time.According to the predetermined performance target,the key positions and weak positions are designed and the structural measures are strengthened to ensure that the project has good seismic performance.
