摘要
益阳两中心科技馆项目外观新颖独特,室内造型为三个纺锤形平面叠合而成,屋顶形状呈现为不对称的拱形造型。科技馆采用钢框架结构,屋顶采用箱形截面组成的拱形钢架结构,钢柱均采用埋入式刚接柱脚。结构平面尺寸超长,楼板配筋与梁柱构件验算时均考虑了温度应力的影响,按照组合梁对钢结构次梁进行了承载力验算,按照规范方法进行了楼板舒适度验算分析。屋盖结构在各榀钢架之间通过设置连系梁与平面斜撑增加结构的整体性,采用SAP2000有限元程序进行构件分析验算以及屋盖变形的验算。
The appearance of a science museum of yiyang was novel and unique,the indoor profiling was composed of three spindle-shape plan,and the shape of the roof was arch which was asymmetric.The project adopted steel frame structure and box section for roof structure,the steel column adopted embedded fixed column base.The size of the structure plan was ultra long,temperature effect was considered in the design of floor reinforcement and check of bearing capacity of column and beam.The design method of composite beam was adopted for bearing capacity of sub-beam,the comfort degree of the floor vibration was discussed and studied following method in structure design code.Lateral connection members and diagonal braces were arranged between adjoining frames of steel roof structure to enhance the integrity of the whole structure,and finite element analysis was carried out based on SAP2000 program to check the bearing capacity of the roof truss member and deformation.
