摘要
上海某总部基地项目位于上海市黄浦区,包括集团新总部办公楼单体和海工平台办公楼单体两部分,均选用钢框架+中心支撑结构体系。首先对集团新总部办公单体的上部结构体系选型和关键技术分区进行了论证分析。随后,对海工平台结构单体的上部结构体系选型进行了论证分析。同时,对两栋结构单体的结构超限情况和针对性设计加强措施进行了具体研究。最后,针对大跨度张弦廊桥和设置交叉拉索的空腹桁架特殊结构体系,进行了结构可行性专项论证。研究结果表明,通过选用合理的上部结构体系选型、进行结构超限判别并采取设计加强措施、开展特殊结构体系论证,可以有效地保证整体结构的工作性能,结构设计整体合理、安全且经济。
A headquarters base project in Shanghai is located in Huangpu District,Shanghai,including the monomer of the group’s new headquarters office building and the monomer of the offshore platform office building,both of which use the steel frame+central support structure system.Firstly,this paper demonstrates and analyzes the superstructure system selection and key technology zoning of the office unit of the new headquarters of the group.Then,the selection of superstructure system of offshore platform structure monomer is demonstrated and analyzed.At the same time,the structural overrun of the two single buildings and the targeted design strengthening measures are studied in detail.Finally,the special structural feasibility demonstration is carried out for the special structural system of long-span tension string corridor bridge and Vierendeel Truss with cross cables.The research results show that the working performance of the overall structure can be effectively guaranteed and the overall structural design is reasonable,safe and economical by selecting a reasonable superstructure system,judging the structural overrun,taking design strengthening measures and carrying out the demonstration of special structural system.
