基于建设风险评估的城市密集区超深地下室结构选型研究

摘要 城市密集区超深地下室工程随着城市发展对地下空间需求的增长不断增多,选择合适的建筑结构对降低建设过程中的安全风险有着重要作用:混凝土结构由于施工复杂、体量大等特性会引发施工事故,钢-混凝土组合结构则较少应用于超深地下室建设。以深圳市公安局第三代指挥中心工程项目为对象,利用层次分析法与专家打分法相结合的方法,评估分别采用钢筋混凝土结构和钢-混凝土组合结构时建设过程中的关键风险,证明此项目采用钢-混凝土组合结构能有效降低建设风险,并总结出钢-混凝土组合结构降低城市密集区超深地下室的建设风险的适用条件。 Ultra-deep basement projects in urban dense areas are increasing with the increasing demand for underground space in urban development.Choosing appropriate building structures plays an important role in reducing safety risks during construction:Concrete structures are complex and bulky due to complex construction and large volumes.Construction accidents,steel-concrete composite structures are rarely used in ultra-deep basement construction.This paper takes the third-generation command center project of Shenzhen Public Security Bureau as the object,and uses the combination of AHP and expert scoring method to evaluate the key risks in the construction process when reinforced concrete structures and steel-concrete composite structures are used respectively.The steel-concrete composite structure used in the project can effectively reduce the construction risk,and the applicable conditions for the steel-concrete composite structure to reduce the construction risk of ultra-deep basements in urban dense areas are summarized.
