某展馆连廊、屋盖及幕墙一体化设计 被引量:2

摘要 某大型会展中心由5个展厅组成,各展厅之间通过连廊连接形成整体,其中1#2#展厅之间是登录大厅,也是本展馆的中心入口位置,登录大厅屋面跨度36m,两侧对称悬挑9m,屋顶标高26.500m。屋面设层层内退的飞檐形成整体立体收进的效果,屋面飞檐最大悬挑14m,往下逐层收进至幕墙中心。主入口结合立面设置了连廊,此连廊不仅是主立面造型需要,同时兼顾两个展厅的消防疏散通道,连廊、屋面及幕墙功能密不可分,幕墙整体体量较大且无法设置独立的承重体系。结构设计将连廊、屋面和幕墙一体化设计,屋面采用平面钢管桁架体系,入口处两榀主桁架结合飞檐要求,面外设置支撑杆件,从而编织形成局部空间管桁架结构,下挂次桁架体系形成空间连廊,为幕墙提供水平约束刚度;为避免幕墙立柱与屋面桁架体系形成竖向承重关系而带来传力路径复杂问题,构造通过设置长圆孔,允许桁架体系发生竖向位移。采用上部独立模型和上下整体模型,并针对复杂节点采用MIDAS GEN进行了节点应力分析,同时针对关键框架柱进行了性能化设计,解决了连廊、屋面和幕墙一体化复杂受力问题,保证了立面效果。结果表明,结构方案合理,安全可靠,达到了建筑结构的完美结合。 A large convention and exhibition center consists of five exhibition halls.The exhibition halls are connected by corridors to form a whole.Among them,the exhibition hall between 1#and 2#is the entrance hall,which is also the central entrance of the exhibition hall.The roof span of the registration hall is 36m.The symmetrical cantilever is 9m,and the roof elevation is 26.500m.The eaves of the roof are set back layer by layer to form an overall three-dimensional retraction effect.The maximum cantilever of the roof eaves is 14m,and they are retracted down to the center of the curtain wall layer by layer.The main entrance is combined with the fa?ade to set up a corridor.This corridor is not only required for the main facade,but also takes into account the fire evacuation passages of the two exhibition halls.The functions of the corridor,the roof and the curtain wall are inseparable.The overall volume of the curtain wall is large and cannot be installed.Independent load-bearing system.The structural design integrates the corridor,the roof and the curtain wall.The roof adopts a flat steel pipe truss system.The two main trusses at the entrance are combined with the requirements of the eaves,and the supporting rods are set outside the plane to form a local space pipe truss structure.The system forms a space corridor to provide horizontal restraint rigidity for the curtain wall;in order to avoid the complex force transmission path caused by the vertical load-bearing relationship between the curtain wall column and the roof truss system,the structure allows the vertical displacement of the truss system by setting oblong holes.The upper independent model and the upper and lower integral models are used,and MIDAS GEN is used to analyze the node stress for complex nodes.At the same time,the performance-based design is carried out for the key frame columns,which solves the complex stress problem of the integration of corridors,roofs and curtain walls.Facade effect.The results show that the structural scheme is reasonable,safe and reliable,and achieves the perfect combination of building structures.
