摘要
北京市南水北调郭公庄水厂工程,水厂炭吸附池系列建筑因受到施工用地紧张,各构筑物之间间隔较小,构筑物之间的沉降缝两侧存在不均匀沉降。在该工程穿墙管道的设计中,既要考虑穿墙管与墙体之间的防渗问题,又要考虑沉降缝两侧的不均匀沉降对管道造成的变形影响。本文依托该工程,提出了一种管线穿越不均匀结构沉降缝的施工技术和控制方法,解决了因不均匀沉降造成水工构筑物破坏及管道变形问题,实现了降低因不均匀沉降造成跨越沉降缝的工艺管道变形及水工构筑物破坏风险,为今后类似工程提供经验借鉴。
In Guogongzhuang waterworks project of Beijing south to north Water Diversion Project, due to the shortage of construction land, the space between the structures is small, and there is uneven settlement on both sides of the settlement joint between the structures. In the design of the through wall pipeline of the project, not only the anti-seepage problem between the through wall pipe and the wall should be considered, but also the influence of the uneven settlement on both sides of the settlement joint on the deformation of the pipeline should be considered. Based on the project, this paper puts forward a kind of construction technology and control method of pipeline crossing uneven structure settlement joint, solves the problems of hydraulic structure damage and pipeline deformation caused by uneven settlement. It also can reduce the risk of pipeline deformation and hydraulic structure damage caused by uneven settlement, and provide experience for similar projects in the future.
