新型早拆模架体系工程应用的有限元分析 被引量:1

摘要 模架体系在城市大型地下混凝土工程中应用广泛,传统的模架体系拆除速度较慢影响工期速度,为了加快拆模的速度,提高材料周转速率,本文结合地下工程实例"义乌市商城大道雪峰东路-浙医四院段"隧道工程,提出了快速施工的新型早拆模架体系及其施工技术。本文介绍了两种新型早拆模架的施工方案,分别为一次早拆和两次早拆模架,并建立了有限元模型,对比分析了不同模架体系施工阶段的力学性能。研究结果表明:混凝土浇筑13日后,对模架支撑进行部分拆除,模架支撑变形值和混凝土顶板挠度变形值均满足规范要求。其中模架支撑步距为1.2m的模架布置方式最为经济实用。研究结果对同类早拆模架体系工程应用具有参考价值。 Formwork system are widely used in major urban underground concrete engineering, traditional formwork system to dismantle slower influence on the speed of the construction period, in order to speed up the open mold,improve the material flow rate, this paper presents an example of underground project "xuefengyiwu mall avenue east road-ZheYi four period of" tunnel engineering, put forward the rapid construction of new type of early dismantling formwork system and its construction technology. This paper introduces two new construction schemes of early dismantling formwork, one early dismantling formwork and two early dismantling formwork, establishes finite element model, and compares and analyzes mechanical properties of different formwork systems in construction stage. The results show that the deformation values of the formwork support and the deflection of the concrete roof meet the requirements of the code when the formwork support is partially dismantled 13 days after concrete pouring. Among them, the mode of mold support step of 1.2 m is the most economical and practical. The research results are of reference value to the engineering application of similar early demolishing formwork system.
