摘要 通过对城际铁路联络线工程围护结构实际侵限情况的现场核查,根据围护桩侵入主体结构施工空间的情况将侵限桩进行分类,并建立三维有限元模型对侵限凿除后的围护桩进行受力分析,判别不同类型侵限桩的承载能力损失率。结合计算结果对不同类型的侵限桩进行处理,从而满足隧道主体结构的施作要求。文中所述围护结构侵限处理措施为明挖铁路隧道首次系统性的梳理围护结构侵限问题,通过对侵限桩的实体建模分析,精确的模拟削除混凝土及剔除钢筋后侵限桩的受力状态,分类对侵限围护结构采取措施,形成一整套围护结构侵限处理方案。经现场实施后证明了处理措施的合理性、可靠性,可在今后类似工程中推广应用。 Through the on-site inspection of the actual encroachment limit of the intercity railway interconnection project envelope structure, the encroachment limit pile is classified according to the encroachment of the main structure construction space, and the three-dimensional finite element model is established to analyze the force of the encroachment limit cut envelope pile, and to distinguish the bearing capacity loss rate of different types of encroachment limit pile. Combined with the calculation results, different types of penetration limit piles are processed to meet the requirements of the main structure of the tunnel. The reasonableness and reliability of the treatment measures are proved by the on-site implementation, which can be applied in similar projects in the future.
