带拼缝的全预制混凝土空心楼板抗弯性能计算比较 被引量:4

摘要 带拼缝的全预制混凝土空心楼板内力和变形的计算受拼缝的影响较大,为研究其承载力和挠度的计算方法,本文通过拟梁法将带拼缝的全预制混凝土空心楼板简化为单向梁系和双向交叉梁系结构,基于中国《混凝土结构设计规范》(GB 50010—2010)、美国ACI 318-11规范、欧洲EN 1992-1-1:2004规范中的开裂荷载、极限荷载和挠度计算公式对简化后的梁系结构进行计算,结果表明:中国规范和美国规范计算的开裂荷载与试验值较为接近,而欧洲规范计算的开裂荷载相对较保守;中国规范和欧洲规范的极限荷载计算值与试验值较为接近,而美国规范的极限荷载计算值相对较保守;按中国、美国、欧洲规范挠度公式计算的挠度值均大于试验值,并且相对于美国和中国规范而言,欧洲规范的挠度计算值安全储备更高。整体来看,带拼缝的全预制混凝土空心楼板按照单向梁系设计较为合理,与试验结果吻合。 The calculation of internal force and deformation of full precast concrete hollow-core slabs with lateral joints(PCHS-LJs) is greatly affected by joints, in order to study their calculation method of bearing capacity and deflection,PCHS-LJs were simplified as one-way beam system and two-way cross beam system by analogue cross beam method,meanwhile the formulas of the cracking load, ultimate load and deflection in Chinese GB 50010—2010 code, American ACI 318-11 code and European EN 1992-1-1:2004 code were used to calculate it. The results show that the calculated values of cracking load in the Chinese code and the American code are relatively close to the test values, while the calculated values of the European code are comparatively conservative;The calculation values according to ultimate load formulas in the Chinese code and the European code are relatively close to the test values, while the calculated values of the American code are comparatively conservative;The calculated deflection values according to the deflection formulas of various codes are all greater than the test values, and the calculated deflection values of the European code have a higher safety reserve than those of the American code and the Chinese code. Overall, the design of PCHS-LJs is reasonable according to the one-way beam system, which is consistent with the experimental results.
