摘要
随着装配式住宅建筑产业化的迅速发展,其绿色低碳、节能环保的优势在工程实践中初露锋芒。其中,套筒灌浆作为装配式预制剪力墙结构体系的一种常用竖向连接技术,其工艺缺陷在施工与检测的实施过程中也逐渐显露。本文介绍了纵肋叠合预制混凝土剪力墙作为一种新的装配式住宅剪力墙竖向连接技术,详尽阐述了其工艺特性、受力特点、计算方法及水平、竖向连接方式并附详图加以说明;从项目全周期的角度与传统预制混凝土剪力墙套筒灌浆连接技术做了各方面的分析对比;最后,结合一实际工程深化设计,简述该技术的竖向拆分及连接节点,并给出详图实例加以说明。
With the rapid development of prefabricated residential building industrialization, its advantages of green,low-carbon, energy saving and environmental protection have achieved initial results in engineering practice. Sleeve grouting, as a common vertical connection technology of prefabricated shear wall structure system, its shortcomings are gradually revealed in the process of construction and detection. This paper introduces the stress characteristics and horizontal and vertical connection mode of precast concrete shear wall with longitudinal ribs as a new vertical connection technology of prefabricated residence;From the point of view of the whole project cycle, the paper makes an analysis and comparison with the traditional precast concrete shear wall sleeve grouting connection technology;Finally, combined with a practical project, the application of the technology is briefly described.
