热轧普通36a型号工字钢在长春地区深大基坑支护中应用的适用性分析

摘要 以长春地区硬塑黏性土场地采用热轧普通36a型号工字钢支护的深基坑为例,介绍其施工工艺、施工时间以及监测结果,对比硬塑黏性土场地热轧普通36a型号工字钢及热轧U型400×170型号钢板桩的成桩难度及工期长短,通过理正软件单元计算分析同一地质条件下I36a支护与400×170型钢板桩支护的变形控制的差异,阐述I36a在基坑支护中的优、缺点,为长春地区类似工程提供参考。 Taking the deep foundation pit supported by common I-steel in hard plastic clay field in Changchun as an example, the paper introduces its construction technology, construction time and monitoring results, compares the pile forming difficulty and construction period of common I-steel and steel sheet pile in hard plastic clay field, and analyzes the difference of deformation control between common I-steel and steel sheet pile under the same stratum condition through Lizheng software unit calculation This paper expounds the advantages and disadvantages of ordinary I-beam in foundation pit support, and provides reference for similar projects in Changchun area.
