国际艺术博览交易总部大厦巨型钢管混凝土柱-钢梁节点选型及优化

The selection and optimization of the giant concrete-filled steel tube-steel beam joint of the International Art Expo and Exchange Headquarters Building

摘要 钢管混凝土柱-钢梁节点通常需要进行特殊加强以保证其力学性能,为研究加强环连接方式在钢管混凝土-钢梁节点的力学性能,对实际工程内一巨型钢管混凝土-钢梁节点提出了外加强环与内加强环两种连接设计方案,从YJK软件提取各最不利工况下节点各杆件处的内力,通过有限元软件ABAQUS对外加强环与内加强环在中震、大震时节点的力学性能进行了有限元分析。研究结果表明,在轴力最不利工况下,外加强环式节点与内加强环式节点均发生屈曲现象;在X、Y方向弯矩最不利工况下,外加强环式节点内部加劲肋处发生屈服。通过对内加强环式节点额外设置加劲肋以及增大侧板的厚度等加强措施可有效的防止屈曲,从而提高节点的承载力,优化后的节点能够满足中震弹性、大震不屈服、杆件先于节点破坏的性能目标。 The concrete-filled steel tube column-steel beam joint usually needs special reinforcement to ensure its mechanical properties. In order to research the mechanical properties of the stiffening ring connection method in the concrete-filled steel tube-steel beam joint, a giant concrete-filled steel tube-steel beam joint is proposed in the actual project. There are two connection design schemes of outer stiffening ring and inner stiffening ring. The force of each beam under the most unfavorable conditions is extracted from the YJK software, and the outer stiffening ring and the inner stiffening ring are used in the case of moderate and large earthquakes through the finite element software Abaqus.The mechanical properties of the joints were analyzed. The results show that under the most unfavorable working condition of axial force, both the outer stiffening ring joint and the inner stiffening ring joint are buckling;under the most unfavorable working condition of the bending moment in the X and Y directions, the inner stiffener of the outer stiffening ring joint is yield. Strengthening measures such as additional stiffening ribs and increasing the thickness of the side plates can effectively prevent buckling, thereby increasing the bearing capacity of the joints. The optimized joints can satisfy the elasticity of moderate earthquakes, the non-yielding of large earthquakes, and the beam failed before the joint.
