安吉灵峰美术馆营地钢结构设计

摘要 安吉灵峰美术馆营地位于浙江省安吉县,该项目地上4层,主要功能为展览展示、艺术活动及商务住宿。地上1~2层与3~4层为两个交叉的长方体,呈X形平面,上下两个长方体通过中心核心筒相连。该建筑具有扭转不规则、偏心布置、凹凸不规则、细腰、楼板不连续、刚度突变、受剪承载力突变等多项不规则,属于特别不规则的多层建筑。同时,上部3~4层主要由27.5m及22.5m的大跨度区域组成。针对以上结构特点和难点,该项目采用钢框架结构,3~4层采用整体空间桁架。在设计中,采用YJK进行整体计算,用MIDAS Gen复核;补充了关键构件的性能化设计和结构的大震弹塑性时程分析。同时对重要部位和薄弱部位进行了适当的构造加强,重点进行了上部桁架的选型,进行了承载力、变形和抗倒塌分析。 Anji Lingfeng Art Camp is located in Anji, Zhejiang. This 4-floor structure was designed for exhibitions, art activities and business accommodation. Floors 1-2 and 3-4 are two crossed cuboid structure, formed a X-shaped building.The upper and lower two crossed blocks are connected only by the central part. The building is a particularly irregular multi-story building which has the features of torsional irregularity, eccentric structural layout, concave and convex irregularity, thin waists, floor partial discontinuity, abrupt changes in stiffness and shear capacity. Also, the floor 3-4 are mainly composed by the long span parts of 27.5 m and 22.5 m. Based on its features, the building was designed as a steel frame structure, and the floor 3-4 was designed as a space truss. Software YJK was used for structural analysis and Midas Gen was used to check. The performance-based design of key components and the elastic-plastic time-history analysis under the rare earthquake were performed. Besides, construction measures were designed for important parts and weak parts. Particularly, the space truss was studied for its reasonable structure selection, and analyses were conducted about its bearing capacity, deflection under loads and anti-collapse capacity.
