摘要
对软钢平板与U型金属连接件结合而成的U型金属耗能组合件的力学性能进行了分析。先对构件的理论承载力、初始刚度公式进行推导,再建立有限元模型分析,经对比两者计算结果偏差均在±5%以内,表明理论公式具有较好的准确性及精度。软钢平板可提高U型金属耗能组合件的初始刚度有利于耗能抗震,组合件在受水平拉力或压力作用时,其承载力及初始刚度有显著差异。软钢平板厚度应根据U型金属连接件的承载力确定,宜使其承载力控制在0.5至1倍U型金属连接件承载力之间。
The mechanical properties of the U-shaped metal energy dissipating assembly formed by the combination of the mild steel flat plate and the U-shaped metal connector were analyzed. Firstly, the theoretical bearing capacity and initial stiffness formula of the component are deduced, and then the finite element model analysis is established. After comparison, the deviation of the two calculation results is within ±5%, which shows that the theoretical formula has good accuracy and precision. The mild steel plate can increase the initial stiffness of the U-shaped metal energy-dissipating assembly, which is conducive to energy dissipation and seismic resistance. When the assembly is subjected to horizontal tension or pressure, its bearing capacity and initial stiffness are significantly different. The thickness of the mild steel plate should be determined according to the bearing capacity of the U-shaped metal connector, and its bearing capacity should be controlled between 0.5 and 1 times the bearing capacity of the U-shaped metal connector.
