摘要
超高性能混凝土(UHPC)是一种具有超高强度和高耐久性的新型建筑材料,性能与普通混凝土相比有较大的优势。本项目根据建筑造型和功能要求,采用了UHPC作为结构的主受力材料,并应用此材料形成了装配式异形空间薄壳结构体系。系统介绍了UHPC在该项目结构设计和应用的情况,对采用该新型材料后所遇到的结构设计难点进行了阐述,并对预埋件节点进行了试验研究。以上分析表明,UHPC应用到游乐平台主体结构设计中,可以实现其良好的结构性能,为类似项目对UHPC在主体结构中的应用提供了借鉴意义。
Ultra-High Performance Concrete(UHPC) is a new type of building material with ultra-high strength and high durability, which has great advantages compared with ordinary concrete. According to the architectural modeling and functional requirements, UHPC is used as the main structural material, and the fabricated special-shaped space thin shell structure system is formed by using this material. This paper introduces the structural design and application of UHPC in the project, expounds the structural design difficulties encountered after the use of the new material, and carries out the experimental research on the joints of embedded parts. The above analysis shows that the application of UHPC in the main structure design of amusement platform can achieve its good structural performance, which provides a reference for the application of UHPC in the main structure of similar projects.
