摘要
为研究坡屋面在不同坡度下采用何种钢梁形式对施工有利并便于设计,文章以济南都市阳台二组团C-7地块项目为实例,采用通用有限元软件ABAQUS就某一跨简支钢梁进行静力分析,探讨了六种不同倾角的倾斜上翼缘钢梁、普通钢梁以及上部设置单T型和双T型构件的钢梁,其中普通钢梁作为对照组进行对比分析。结果表明:坡屋面坡度小于15°,即钢梁上翼缘倾角小于15°时,采用倾斜上翼缘钢梁是可行的,承载力和刚度与普通钢梁比没有显著降低,在设计时,模型中可按普通钢梁建模;坡屋面坡度大于15°时,建议采用单T型和双T型构件的钢梁,模型中仍可按普通钢梁建模,设计中有一定的富余度;在实际工程中根据坡屋面坡度不同选用合理的方案可达到节省材料或方便设计和施工的目的。
In order to study the type of steel beam used for the sloping roof under different slopes, which is beneficial to the construction and easy to design, Taking the C-7 block project of the second group of Jinan urban balcony as an example, this paper analyzes static analysis of a span simply supported steel beam by using the general finite element software ABAQUS, and discusses six kinds of inclined upper flange steel beams with different inclination angles,ordinary steel beams and steel beams with single T-shaped and double T-shaped components on the upper part, in which ordinary steel beams are used as the control group for comparative analysis. The results show that: when the slope of the sloping roof is less than 15°, that is, when the upper flange inclination angle of the steel beam is less than 15°, it is feasible to use the inclined upper flange steel beam, the bearing capacity and stiffness are not significantly lower than that of ordinary steel beams and it can be modeled as ordinary steel beams;when the slope of the sloping roof is greater than 15°, it is recommended to use steel beams with single T-shaped and double-T-shaped members, the model can still be modeled as ordinary steel beams, and there is a certain degree of surplus in the design;In the actual project, choosing a reasonable plan according to the slope of the sloping roof can achieve the purpose of saving materials or facilitating design and construction.
