摘要
剧院建筑因其功能特点具有大跨、大开洞、错层、夹层、跃层等特点,导致扭转不规则、楼板局部不连续、竖向抗侧力构件不连续等不规则。于已建地下车库结构柱网上将原设计为商业调整设计为剧院建筑,面临基础复核、改建加固、结合现有柱网调整上部结构布置等问题,导致结构设计更加复杂。结合抗震性能化设计要求,对该结构进行了详细的弹性和弹塑性抗震分析。分析结果表明:主体结构具备良好的承载能力和变形能力,达到预设性能目标。过程及结论可供类似工程参考。
Theatre buildings are characterized by large span, large openings, staggered storeys, sandwiches and jumping storeys, which lead to irregular torsion of building shape, partial discontinuity of floor, discontinuity of vertical lateral resistance components and so on. In the existing underground garage structural column network, the original design of commercial adjustment is designed to check the foundation of the theatre, rebuild and reinforce, and adjust the upper structure layout with the existing column network, which leads to more complex design of the theatre. Based on the requirements of seismic performance design, the elastic and elastic-plastic seismic analysis of theatre structure is carried out in detail. The analysis results show that the main structure has good bearing capacity and deformation capacity, and achieves the preset performance target. The process and conclusion can be used for reference in similar projects.
