摘要 本文以498m高的中国国际丝路中心大厦为工程背景,进行考虑收缩徐变的非荷载效应下的施工模拟分析,研究超高层建筑在竖向荷载长期作用下的变形规律,分析竖向差异变形对结构构件内力,尤其是伸臂桁架附加内力的影响。针对本工程未设置地下室翼墙的特点,进一步对比分析了地下室翼墙对于非荷载效应的影响。分析模型中桩基用点弹簧模拟,较为准确地考虑了基础沉降、竖向构件差异变形的相互影响。分析表明,随着时间的推移,考虑非荷载效应后的构件竖向差异变形逐渐增大,引起外框柱与核心筒之间内力分布变化、伸臂桁架产生附加内力,结构设计时需予以考虑;考虑基础沉降情况下,地下室翼墙可使底部楼层竖向差异变形有一定减小,而对上部楼层影响很小,且对外框柱与核心筒之间内力分布变化、伸臂桁架产生附加内力影响均很小,总体而言影响较小。相关结论可供类似工程参考。 Based on the 498 m-high China International Silk Road Center, the construction simulation analysis considering the non-load effect with shrinkage and creep is carried out to study the vertical deformation law of super high-rise building under long-term vertical load, and the influence of vertical differential deformation on the internal force distribution of structural members and especially the additional internal force of outriggers is analyzed. In the view of the characteristic that the basement fin walls are not set for the project, the influence of basement fin walls on non-load effect is further compared and analyzed. The pile foundation is simulated by point spring to accurately consider the mutual influence of foundation settlement and differential deformation of vertical member. The research shows that, the vertical differential deformation considering the non-load effect gradually increases, resulting in the change of internal force between outer frame column and core wall, and the additional internal force of outriggers, which should be considered in the structural design. Considering the foundation settlement, the basement fin wall can reduce the vertical differential deformation of the bottom floor to a certain extent, but has little influence on the upper floor, and has little influence on the internal force change between outer frame column and core wall and the additional internal force of outriggers. In general, the influence is small. The relevant conclusions can be used as references for similar projects.
