摘要
陕建丝路创发中心项目2号楼地上42层,地下3层,结构屋面高度149.8m。地上主要使用功能为公寓,地下主要使用功能是设备用房和停车场。塔楼为混合结构,采用型钢混凝土框架柱+钢筋混凝土核心筒+伸臂桁架+腰桁架的结构体系。建筑底部4层存在楼板开大洞、穿层柱、刚度突变和承载力突变等多项指标超限,属于超限项目,对结构进行了性能化设计和超限审查。本文介绍了该工程的结构体系、关键计算参数、底部加强区框架柱稳定性分析、钢板剪力墙的布置等关键构件的结构设计与计算。
Shanjian Silk Road Innovation Center project No.2 building has 42 floors above ground and 3 floors underground, with a structural roof height of 149.8 m. The main functions on the ground are apartments, and the main functions under the ground are equipment rooms and parking lots. The tower is a mixed structure, adopting a structural system of steel reinforced concrete frame column + reinforced concrete core tube + outrigger truss + belt truss. There are multiple indicators such as large holes in the floor slab, through-story columns, sudden changes in stiffness and sudden changes in bearing capacity on the bottom 4 floors of the building, which is an over-limit project, and the structure has been designed with performance and EPR. This paper introduces the structural design and calculation of the key frame structure, such as the structural system, key calculation parameters, stability analysis of the frame column in the bottom reinforcement zone, and the layout of the steel plate shear wall of the project.
