汇德大厦水平支撑梁节点传力分析及设计建议

摘要 深圳汇德大厦高度为250m的超高层建筑,因建筑特点通过四个斜柱转换区实现截面收进。斜柱转换区通过水平支撑梁将斜柱水平分力传递给核心筒,水平支撑梁与剪力墙连接节点受力巨大,传力路径复杂。提出节点传力方式,通过有限元分析,得到节点构件受力及设计方法,可为今后类似工程提供参考。 Shenzhen Huide building is a 250 m high-rise building. Due to the architectural characteristics,the plane layout is retracted through four transfer stories with inclined column. Transferring stories transfers the horizontal force of the inclined column to the core wall through the horizontal support beam. The connecting joint between the horizontal support beam and the shear wall bears huge force and the path of load transfer is complex. The force transferring mode of the joint is proposed, and the stress distribution and design method of the joint member are obtained by the finite element analysis, which can provide reference for similar projects in the future.
