摘要
广州某高层连体结构属于A级高度超限高层建筑,存在扭转不规则、楼板不连续和构件间断(连体)共3项不规则情况。设计过程中充分利用了概念设计方法,整体结构及构件全面融合了性能化设计思想,依据不同性能目标,分别进行小震分析、中震性能分析及大震弹塑性动力时程分析。对连接体进行了阶段施工分析、楼盖舒适度分析、抗连续倒塌分析的专项分析。结果表明,整体结构及构件的抗震性能均能满足目标要求,按阶段施工工况复核验算、楼盖舒适度和抗连续倒塌分析均满足要求,结构体系安全可行,合理有效。
A structure in Guangzhou is a high-rise connected building with the height of A-level required in code, with three irregularities including irregular torsion, partial discontinuity of floor and discontinuity of components(connected structure). The conceptual design method was fully utilized and the performance-based seismic design method was adopted in the design process. According to different performance goals, the analysis under frequent earthquakes, the performance analysis under fortification earthquakes and the elastic-plastic time-history analysis under rare earthquakes were performed. The specific analysis of construction stage analysis, floor comfort analysis and progressive collapse resistant analysis were performed on the connected part. The results show that the seismic performance of the whole structure and its components can reach the expected targets, the results of construction stage analysis, floor comfort analysis and progressive collapse resistant analysis meet the requirements, the structure system is safe and feasible.
