广州太平金融大厦的结构设计

摘要 主要介绍了广州太平金融大厦的结构设计与分析。该大厦结构高度223.65m,存在扭转不规则、楼板缺失或者局部不连续、抗侧刚度不规则、存在较多斜柱及穿层柱和高度超限等不规则的情况,属于超限高层建筑。结构采用钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构体系。介绍了整体的结构布置和针对不规则情况采取的措施。在相同参数设置的前提下,利用两个不同的软件,对比分析了小震作用下结构各主要指标的差异;验算了中震和大震作用下关键构件的性能表现;分析了整体结构和构件在弹性时程和动力力弹塑性时程下的反应;分析了部分楼层的楼板在小震、中震或者大震作用下的性能,验算了局部大悬挑区域的舒适度。上述分析有效地保证了结构的整体安全性,实现了预定的抗震性能目标。 This paper mainly introduces the structural design and analysis of Taiping finance building in Guangzhou. The structural height of this building is 223.65 m, and it has irregular torsion, lots of floor slabs missing, stiffness mutation,lots of inclined columns and skip-floor columns and over-limit height. It belongs to a over-limit high-rise building. The building adopts reinforced concrete frame core-wall structural system. The overall structure layout and measures taken to deal with the irregular situations was introduced. A comparative analysis of structure elasticity under frequently occurred earthquakes was made based on two different software. The capacity checking under precautionary earthquakes and rare earthquakes of key members was carried out. The elastic dynamic time-history analysis under frequently occurred earthquake and the elastoplastic dynamic analysis under rare earthquakes were calculated. The performances of partial floor slab under frequently occurred earthquakes, precautionary earthquakes and even rare earthquakes were analyzed.The human comfort on the large cantilevered area is checked. The above analyses effectively guarantee the overall safety of the structure and meet the seismic performance objectives.
