上海市某高层住宅楼结构抗震设计

摘要 本工程楼高76.19m,采用装配整体式部分框支剪力墙结构体系,为A级超限高层建筑。采用PMSAP软件及YJK-A软件进行多遇地震下的整体结构分析(振型分解反应谱法),采用YJK-A软件对结构作多遇地震下的弹性动力时程分析作为补充计算,采用PKPM-SAUSAGE软件进行罕遇地震下的弹塑性时程分析,采用PMSAP软件作弹性板分析,复核平面大洞口周边部位的楼板应力。 The building of the project is 76.19 meters high, and adopts the assembled integral partial frame supported shear wall structure system. It is a class a super high-rise building. PMSAP software and YJK-A software are used to analyze the whole structure under frequent earthquakes(mode decomposition response spectrum method). YJK-A software is used to analyze the elastic dynamic time history of the structure under frequent earthquakes as supplementary calculation. PKPM-sausage software is used to analyze the elastic-plastic time history under rare earthquakes. PMSAP software is used to analyze the elastic plate, Recheck the floor stress around the large opening.
