既有钢框架建筑抗震韧性提升算例分析

摘要 为了研究梁柱端板螺栓连接钢框架建筑的抗震韧性,采用ABAQUS连接器单元,以弯矩-转角曲线作为节点的约束条件来模拟梁柱端板螺栓连接的半刚性特点,并基于一栋五层钢框架结构办公楼在设防地震、罕遇地震、灾难地震三种设防水准下的弹塑性时程分析,从修复费用、修复时间、人员伤亡三个方面对原结构和隔震结构进行了抗震韧性的对比分析。结果表明:隔震设计可以有效降低建筑物在地震作用下的修复费用、修复时间。与原结构相比,在罕遇地震作用下隔震结构修复费用、修复时间的降幅分别达到了52%、41%;在灾难地震作用下隔震结构修复费用、修复时间的降幅分别达到了14%、31%。 In order to study the seismic resilience of steel frame structures with bolted connection of beam column and endplates under isolation and non-isolation conditions, the ABAQUS connector element was used to simulate the semi-rigid characteristics of bolted connection of beam column and endplates under the constraint condition of bending moment Angle curve, and based on the elastic-plastic time-history analysis of a five-story steel frame office building under three fortification levels of design level earthquake、 rare earthquake and disaster earthquake, the seismic resilience of the original structure and the isolation structure is compared from three aspects of repair cost, repair time and casualties. The results show that the isolation design can effectively reduce the repair cost, repair time and casualties of buildings under earthquake. Compared with the original structure, the cost of repair, repair time and casualties of isolated structure under rare earthquake decreased by 52%、41% respectively;the cost of repair, repair time and casualties of isolated structure under disaster earthquake decreased by 14%、31% respectively.
