摘要 预应力混凝土具有强度高、控制裂缝显著等优点被广泛应用于建筑结构、公路和铁路桥梁、地下结构、水池等工程领域。本文尝试将预应力技术引入圆形储煤场工程建造中,以探索预应力技术在大型筒仓类结构中的应用。本文研究了预应力的数值模拟方法,探索了预应力的作用规律及圆形煤场的内力分布规律,本文得出预应力对堆煤荷载作用效应有很好的控制效果,但是温度荷载对于预应力的发挥产生了一定的阻碍作用,故在季节性温差越小的地区采用预应力技术效果越好。 Prestressed concrete has the advantages of high strength, control crack and so on. At present, it has been widely used in building structures, highway and railway bridges, underground structures, water pools and other engineering fields. In order to explore the application of prestressed technology in large silo structure, this paper attempts to introduce prestressed technology into the construction of circular coal storage yard. This paper studies the numerical simulation method of prestress and explores the action law of prestress and the distribution law of internal force in the circular coal field. This paper concludes that prestress has a good control effect on the load effect of coal piles,However,the temperature load has a certain hindrance to the play of the prestress. Therefore, the better the effect of using pre-stress technology in areas where the seasonal temperature difference is smaller.
