摘要
上海某室外足球场观众席包含室外看台、球员和裁判更衣室、观众出入大厅、VIP室内看台以及媒体中心等,纵向柱距7.5m,总长度为109.9m,采用不设缝的整体钢框架结构体系。观众席上方的钢结构顶棚主要由横向变截面弧线形钢箱梁、纵向箱梁以及平面内支撑组成屋盖体系,整个顶棚支撑在观众席上8根X形交叉梭形柱和中央VIP室内看台的屋顶上,顶棚横向弧线形钢箱梁朝看台一侧最大悬挑13.8m。设计中分别对钢顶棚单独模型和下部看台加顶棚的整体模型进行包络设计,对支撑顶棚的X形交叉柱及其下的转换梁柱按抗震性能目标进行设计,针对裸露的大悬挑梁和柱按受力分布进行形体优化,以达到建筑结构的完美结合。
The auditorium of an outdoor football field in Shanghai includes outdoor stands, dressing rooms for players and referees, audience access hall, VIP indoor stands and media center. The longitudinal column spacing is 7.5 m and the total length is 109.9 m, with an integral steel frame structure system without seismic seam. The steel structure ceiling above the auditorium is mainly composed of transverse variable section arc-shaped steel box girder, longitudinal box girder and in-plane support. The whole ceiling is supported on eight X-shaped cross shuttle columns on the auditorium and the roof of the central VIP indoor stand. The transverse arc-shaped steel box girder of the ceiling has a maximum overhang of 13.8 m towards the stand. In the design, the envelope design is carried out for the separate model of the steel ceiling and the overall model of the lower grandstand plus ceiling respectively. The X-shaped cross columns and their lower transfer beams and columns are designed according to the performance-based seismic goal, and the shape of the exposed large cantilever beams and columns are optimized according to the stress distribution, so as to achieve the perfect combination of architectural effect and structural performance.
