凤凰客运综合楼结构设计

摘要 凤凰客运综合楼坐落于高差6m的台地上,地上5层,结构高度22.3m,采用钢筋混凝土少墙框架结构体系。部分屋面根据建筑造型采用钢桁架,支撑于下部主体结构框架柱上,局部穿层支撑柱采用钢管混凝土柱。介绍了项目的结构体系、计算参数、结构特点等,通过采用悬挑钢桁架实现建筑造型和功能要求,采用无粘结预应力楼板解决结构超长问题,对高承载力地区独立基础受剪验算提出设计建议,针对场地内外边坡等不利条件对结构采取了设计加强措施。 The integrated service building at Fenghuang passenger station which has 5 floors above the ground and a structural height of 22.3 m is located on the terraces slopes with an elevation difference of 6 m, and frame structure with few shear walls is adopted. According to the building shape,a part of roof adopt steel trusses which is supported on the frame column in main structure, and some through layer columns are concrete-filled steel tubular columns. This paper introduces the structural system, calculation parameters, structural characteristics, etc. The cantilever steel truss were applied to meet building shape and functional requirements and unbonded prestressed slab were applied to solve the problem of super long structure.Put forward design suggestions for shear checking calculation of independent foundation in high bearing capacity area. In view of the adverse conditions such as slopes inside and outside the site, design strengthening measures are taken for the structure.
