摘要
本工艺改变直接在核心筒外墙模板施工时直接安装"L形预埋筋"传统做法带给核心筒剪力墙的"深剔凿"质量隐患,通过对"爬模"进行切槽改造,加工专用"双凹槽"定型模具安装于爬模切除的缺口部位,将核心筒墙体外侧预埋的"L形预埋筋"窝入定型模具"双凹槽"内混凝土浇筑后其依靠原先窝在凹槽中的弹性力,自由留置在核心筒墙体外侧表面,有效保证预留钢筋的成型质量,并减少"后剔凿墙体"对结构受力的削弱。
During the construction of core tube exterior wall formwork,the traditional method that direct mounting“L-type embedded bar”may bring“deep chiseling”quality hidden danger of core wall.This process changes the traditional method,grooves the“climbing form”,processes a special“dual-cavity”shaping mold and installs it in the notched part cut off by the climbing form,and embeds the“L-type embedded bar”embedded outside the core wall into the“dual-cavity”of the shaping mold.After the concrete is poured,the embedded bar relies on the elastic force of the original bent in the cavity,and is left free on the outer surface of the core wall.In this way,the forming quality of the reserved steel bars can be effectively guaranteed,and the weakening of the structure stress by the"back-chiseled wall"can be reduced.
