屋盖大跨度预应力钢索施工技术

摘要 宜都市市民活动中心项目会展中心屋盖采用大跨度预应力钢索结构。以该工程为例对预应力索详细对张拉及安装过程进行阐述并为解决大跨度拉索张拉所遇到的问题提供可靠的技术解决方案,并使用有限元计算软件对施工过程进行仿真计算,较详细的介绍了采用大跨度空间张弦桁架结构的力学计算。最后通过与实际施工中实际测量数据进行比较,以确保施工方案可行性,保证结构施工过程中及结构使用期安全。工程实践证明该方案对同类工程项目提供了参考意义。 The roof of the Convention and Exhibition Center of the Yicheng Citizen Activity Center Project uses a large-span prestressed steel cable structure.This paper takes this project as an example to elaborate the prestressed cable tensioning and installation process in detail and provides a reliable technical solution for solving the problems encountered in the tensioning of large-span cables.Taking the project as an example,the finite element calculation software is used to simulate the construction process,at the same time the mechanics calculation of the large-span spatial string-string truss structure is introduced in more detail.Finally,by comparing with the actual measurement data in the actual construction,to ensure the feasibility of the construction plan,and the safety of the structure during the construction process and the use period of the structure.Engineering practice has proved that the scheme provides reference significance for similar engineering projects.
