复杂大跨多层钢框架结构施工方案比选分析 被引量:1

摘要 特殊大跨或高层建筑施工过程复杂,结构的荷载、几何形态、边界条件等常随施工阶段变化,设计时对其进行施工过程模拟必不可少。本文以某复杂大跨多层钢框架结构施工为例,对先张拉后浇筑楼板、先浇筑楼板后张拉、先张拉顶层后吊挂下层这3种可能采用的施工方案进行施工过程模拟与分析,通过对各方案结构变形及内力、施工难易程度的比较,确定了先张拉后浇筑楼板方案为最优施工方案,为类似工程提供参考。 The construction process of special large-span or high-rise buildings is complex,and the structural load,geometric shape and boundary conditions often change with the construction stage.Taking the construction of a complex large-span multi-storey steel frame structure as an example,this paper simulates and analyzes the construction process of three possible construction schemes:first tensioning and then pouring the floor,first pouring the floor and then tensioning,first tensioning the top layer and then hanging the lower layers.Through the comparison of structural deformation,internal force and construction difficulty,it is determined that the first tensioning and then pouring the floor scheme is the optimal construction scheme.It can be used as reference for engineering.
