扩大头抗浮锚杆技术在单建式地下车库工程应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 城市停车难已成为困扰人们生活的难题之一,在城市景观绿地下方建设地下单建式人防兼地下停车库是缓解停车难的有效措施之一。江苏地下水位较高,单建式地库上部一般只有覆土绿化层,地库抗浮设计是关键环节。本文以南京某单建式地库为工程背景,开展扩大头抗浮锚杆技术在单建式地库工程应用研究。通过多种抗浮方案对比分析,选择扩大头抗浮锚杆作为工程的抗浮方案,提出了工程设计方法。与全粘结普通锚杆相比,它有抗拔承载力大、位移小、可靠性高,能显著提高抗浮措施的安全水平,符合我国降耗节能、经济环保的产业发展政策。 The difficulty of parking in the city has already been one of the problems that influences our daily life.The separate civil air defence underground garage under the urban landscape green space is one of the effective measures to alleviate the difficulty of parking.The level of groundwater in Jiangsu province is relatively high and the separate civil air defence underground garage is generally only covered with the backfill of green layer.Thus,the anti-floating design is a key part in the construction of the separate civil air defence underground garage.This paper takes a separate civil air defence underground garage in Nanjing as the engineering background,and conducts a research on the application of the expanded head anti-floating anchor technology in the separate civil air defence underground garage projects.Through the comparative analysis of various anti-floating schemes,the expaned head anti-floating anchor was selected as the anti-floating scheme of the project,and the engineering design method technology were proposed.Compared with fully-bonded ordinary anchor,the expaned head anti-floating anchor has more advantages,such as higher pullout resistance,smaller displacement and higher reliability,which can significantly improve the safety level of anti-floating measures,and is more in accord with the industrial development policy of energy consumption reduction,economy and environmental protection in our country.
